垃圾站除臭设备的工艺

活性炭吸附法

活性炭吸附法是利用活性炭的超强的吸附能力,吸附臭气中致臭物质,对臭气进行处理的除臭方式。活性炭吸附到一定程度后达到饱和,需进行脱附后才能继续使用,活性炭脱附和更换费用均较高。

臭氧氧化法

臭氧氧化法是利用臭氧作为强氧化剂,使臭气中的化学成份氧化,达到脱臭的目的。臭氧易分解,不稳定,可能会产生二次污染物,同时臭氧本身也是一种空气污染物,国家也有相应的限量标准,如果发生量控制不好,会适得其反。

生物除臭法

生物学除臭法是利用微生物把废气中的有机成分用作生命活动的能量来源或其它营养成分,通过微生物生理代谢把有臭味的物质转化成简单的无机物和细胞成分,从而达到除臭的目的。由于其安全、高效、节能、环保、无二次污染等特点,生物法受到人们的青睐,并得到了快速发展。
