垃圾站除臭设备的生物除臭工艺运行是怎样的?

微生物的活性直接影响生物除臭的整体效率,调控生物反应器的运行参数使之符合不同环境下微生物生长与代谢的条件,直接决定了最终处理效果。运行过程中,循环水pH值通常控制在6~8。在低pH条件下,嗜酸性硫细菌的活性更强,对硫化物的去除能力更高,并已在除硫生物滤池中得到应用。温度是影响微生物活性的重要因素,微生物进行好氧呼吸的温度范围相对较大(15~35 )。冬季运行时,可通过对收集气体进行加热增温处理或提高循环水水温等方法保持微生物活性。对于低浓度的臭气来源,直接使用生物法处置达标,避免进入预处理和后续辅助工艺段,降低运行成本。将含有除臭微生物的除臭污泥投加到污水预处理、污泥料仓等臭气污染严重区域,实现对恶臭物质的源头削减和过程控制。
