臭气处理设备

前端除臭

大型垃圾中转站除臭工艺可分为前端除臭和末端除臭。前端除臭是指前端封闭或把除臭装置安装在臭源处,通过物理吸附、化学氧化等作用避免少量泄漏的臭气散发到空气中。前端除臭采用喷洒植物提取液的方法,适用范围:容器泊位区、收集车卸料作业区和转运车作业区。前端除臭喷淋系统随着垃圾运输车辆进入车间开启。

末端除臭

末端除臭是指通过负压抽风系统捕获臭气后通过除臭装置处理后排放,推荐采用“预过滤+化学洗涤法”工艺路线,适用范围:容器泊位区。末端除臭工艺的要点是通过安装在容器泊位上方和位于下部的集气罩收集,经引风机引入末端除臭

臭气处理设备

然而,这些传统除臭工艺的除臭效果并不理想,而且会产生二次污染。新型生物除臭技术利用微生物吸收转化臭气,不仅除臭效果好,而且无二次污染,不耗材,绿色环保。
