垃圾中转站臭气污染物如何控制?


垃圾中转站是城市公用设施中典型的恶臭无组织排放单位,臭气污染与周边居民诉求之间的矛盾日益突出。目前,我国对恶臭的管理执行GB14554—1993恶臭污染物排放标准,但该标准应用于垃圾中转站的恶臭监测存在综合指标与单项指标严重不符的现象,不利于恶臭的评价。所以,充分调查垃圾站除臭系统的处理效果,对制定垃圾中转站行业恶臭控制指标有重要意义。羿清环保对长沙金谷垃圾站除臭系统的臭气排放进行了跟踪调查,检测了站内的臭气含量,分析除臭设备处理效果与恶臭控制指标的相关性。


1布点与采样

           羿清特地委托专业检测机构,在站内按照垃圾压缩的操作方式设置了2个采样点:站内垃圾垃圾入口通道和站内除臭一体设备排风出口。

2检测结果与分析

            垃圾站内采集的臭气点受到外围空气的影响较小,其检测结果可较好地反映垃圾站臭气的处理效果。经过实地检测,站内垃圾进口通道臭气浓度2317(无量纲),羿清除臭系统进口臭气浓度为1738(无量纲),出口浓度为412(无量纲),具体检查报告详见下图。

            报告显示,经过羿清除臭一体化设备处理,臭气浓度远远低于《恶臭污染物排放标准(征求意见稿)》臭气指标1000(无量纲),臭气处理效果非常明显。
