       离子换风设备主要是新鲜空气通过离子发生装置时,氧离子受到具有一定能量的电子的碰撞而形成分别带有正电和负电的正负氧离子,这些氧离子具有很强的活性。将这些高活性的氧离子与臭源(包括硫化氢和氨气)和VOC气体相接触后,它们能打开VOC气体分子的化学链,经过一系列的反应最终生成二氧化碳和水。正负氧离子能有效地破坏空气中细菌的生存环境,减少室内细菌浓度。离子与空气中微小地可吸入固体颗粒碰撞,使颗粒荷电并产生聚合作用,使得传统过滤装置难以捕捉地微小颗粒成为可捕捉颗粒,或形成较大颗粒靠自重沉降下来,达到净化空气目的。

       离子换风设备借助通风管路系统向散发VOC气体和臭气的空气送入可控浓度的正负氧离子空气,用离子空气覆盖污染源(如水池上部空间),使离子空气充满被污染空间,并在极短的时间内与气体污染物分子发生反应,以有效地控制气体污染物的扩散和降低室内气体污染浓度。

       离子换风设备主要适用于大空间、大流量、低浓度、相对比较干燥的臭气处理,在改善工作环境方面有比较大的优势。不适合高浓度和高湿度等臭味气体的去除。

       一般污泥处理处置项目恶臭气体强度大、浓度高,较多采用化学洗涤法和生物滤池等多种方法联合使用。本工程恶臭气体分两种类型,一类高浓度和高氨气异味气体须考虑化学洗涤的预处理方法方能达到预期的处理效果,但其H2S和VOC等有机气体的去除,化学洗涤方法所涉及的药剂种类和投加量难以控制,而适合采用生物滤池方法加以去除。第二类操作空间的臭味气体为低浓度相对干燥的气体,比较适合采用离子换风的方法改善环境。故针对本项目的一部分恶臭气体采用化学洗涤+生物滤池除臭工艺,第二部分恶臭气体采用补充离子新风除臭改善操作环境,化学洗涤药剂选择常用的硫酸。
