            pp喷淋塔是一种常用于酸雾废气净化的恶臭废气处理设备,对有害废气、胶粘性气体的前处理,能有效的分离气体中的固物。下面主要讲解一下pp喷淋塔的基本构造。

       pp喷淋塔基本构造
       根据喷淋除尘器内截面的形状,可分为圆形和方形两种;按其内的气液流动方向不同,可分为逆流、顺流和错流三种形式。
       在逆流式喷雾塔中,含尘气体从喷淋除尘器底部进入,通过气流分布格栅而均匀地向上运动;液滴由喷嘴喷出从上向下喷淋,喷嘴可以设在一个截面上,也可以分几层设在几个截面上。因颗粒和液滴之间的惯性碰撞、拦截和凝聚等作用,使较大的粒子被液滴捕集。净化后的气体经过塔上部的防雾挡水板,除去携带的水雾排出。
       顺流形式的喷雾塔,液体和含尘气流在塔内按同一方向流动,一般是从顶部淋下来,对于液滴从气流中分离有利,缺点是惯性碰撞效果差,主要用于使气体降温和加湿等过程。
       而错流形式的喷雾塔,即液体由塔的顶部淋下来,而含尘气流水平通过喷雾塔。
       喷雾塔洗涤器下部一般设有集液管槽,并附设有沉淀池,使液体能循环利用。
       pp喷淋塔塔具有以下特点:
       a.采用填料塔对废气进行净化,适合于连续和间歇排放废气的治理
       b.工艺简单,管理、操作及维修相当方便简洁,不会对车间的生产造成任何影响;
       c.适用范围广,可同时净化多种污染物;
       d.压降较低,操作弹性大,且具有很好的除雾性能;
       e.塔体可根据实际情况采用FRP/PP/PVC等材料制作;
       f.填料采用、低阻的鲍尔环,可地去除气体中的异味、有害物质等。
       pp喷淋塔适用范围:

           广泛应用于化工、电子、冶金、电镀、纺织(化纤)、食品、机械制造等行业过程中排放的酸、碱性废气的净化处理。如调味食品、制酸、酸洗、电镀、电解、蓄电池等。
