      治理工业废气必须要知道车间产生的废气的风量大小,这是选择废气治理设备的一个关键步骤。如果风量计算不好的话,设备选不好,治理效果也会大打折扣!

      喷漆房产生的废气对空气和人体健康有严重的损害,必须进行废气处理才能排放,在进行喷漆废气处理方案设计是,风量的确定是一个重要的因素,那么喷漆房废气处理的风量应该如何确定呢。

       1、喷漆房废气处理设备风量计算方法

       设备风量=喷漆房体积(长×宽×高)×换气常数(60~100次)

       公示中的换气常数60~100次是经验值。如果喷漆房作业世家很短,喷漆量很小,则常数可以选择60次;如果喷漆房作业时间较短,喷漆量较小,则常数可以选择70~80次;如果喷漆房作业时间长,喷漆量大,则常数可以选择90~100次,甚至更多。

        2、废气捕集率评价风量计算方法

       按照车间空间体积和60次/小时换气次数计算新风量,以有组织排放的实际风量与车间所需新风量的比值作为废气捕集率。

        车间所需新风量=60×车间面积×车间高度

        废气捕集率=车间实际有组织排气量÷车间所需新风量

        3、喷漆流水线废气处理设备风量计算方法

        设备风量=收集废气烟罩的面积(长×宽)×常数(2000~4000)

             公式中的常数2000~4000是经验值,如果喷漆房作业时间很短,喷漆量很小,则常数可以选2000;如果喷漆房作业时间较短,喷漆量较小,则常数可以选择3000;如果喷漆房作业时间长,喷漆量大,则常数可以选择4000。
