随着社会的进步与经济的发展,城市建设也在如火如荼的进行。人们在城市发展的大趋势下,对于健康环保的意识也开始逐步提高。但是因为城市污水厂的恶臭污染而造成的环境问题也越来越明显,因此对于整体化地除臭工作也是迫在眉捷。

概述全过程除臭工艺流程

全过程除臭工艺与传统的除臭技术不一样的是,这种除臭技术是没有臭气收集输送流程的,同时也不需要建设除臭设施,只要在生物池里培养除臭微生物,把除臭微生物按比例放入污水厂的水体中,在水中进行除臭流程,从而实现全程除臭。

这种除臭技术是把带有组合填料的微生物培养箱置入污水厂生物池的缺氧段,从而在生物池里面实现除臭微生物的培养与繁殖。运用严格处理过的活性污泥混合液放置在污水处理厂的进水端口处,除臭微生物将会和水中恶臭物质产生吸附以及凝结与生物转化等作用,从而让污水处理厂的各种恶臭物质在水中得以全面去除。

技术特点

相对于其他类型的污水除臭技术,全过程除臭工艺具备了以下几点发展优势:

(1)对于污水厂恶臭气体的清除效果十分明显,在污水水体里就将恶臭进行去除,其处理过程中几乎没有臭气出现。

(2)该技术的除臭系统简单而且便捷,并不需要对处理设备进行附加覆盖物以及臭气收集与排放,只是运用少量的微生物培养装置以及微生物分配管道就可以进行除臭处理,极大地减少了除臭的成本投入。

(3)除臭细菌培养箱放置在生物反应池里面,并不需要重新建造建筑物,而且占地面积小。 4)除臭的过程安全稳定,并且在维护与修理上也简单便捷。

(4)在成本投入上的开支比传统的除臭技术有明显优势。

6)并且适用范围较大,比如说传统的活性污泥,A/A/0A/S,SBR以及氧化沟等等技术。
