       恶臭废气的种类非常的多,而且不同种类的性质还不一样,所以在选择恶臭废气处理方法之前,还是要多多掌握恶臭物质的种类、物理性质和化学性质、还有恶臭物质的浓度,然后选择合适的方法进行恶臭废气处理。

恶臭废气处理设备


       恶臭废气处理燃烧法种类:

       1、直接燃烧法

       直接燃烧法只适用于有氧气存在的条件,恶臭物质大多为可燃成分,燃烧后可分解成无害的水和二氧化碳等有机物质。有机废气的着火温度一般在100~720℃之间。在实际燃烧系统中,为使绝大部分有机物质燃烧,通常燃烧温度控制在600~800℃之间。对于特殊的恶臭物质,燃烧所需温度可达1200~1400℃。由于一般恶臭气体中恶臭物质的浓度较小,所以仅靠恶臭气体自身的自燃,往往难以连续燃烧,必须补充辅助燃料提高所需的温度,为减少轴助燃料有两种方法可以采用。

       一是处理高浓度小气量的有机废气:二是在流程中合理地选用余热回收装置,以回收燃烧废气中的热量来预热恶臭气体或助燃空气。恶臭气体在燃烧炉中停留的时间越长,混合燃烧越充分,脱臭数果越好,恶臭气体滞留时间大多取10.3~0.5s,提高燃烧温度,恶臭物质完全燃烧所必须滯留的时间就越短,废气处理效果就越好直接燃烧脱臭法的优点是脱臭效率高;其缺点是设备和运转费用高,温度控制复杂。

       2、催化燃烧脱臭法

       与直接燃烧法相比,催化燃烧法在燃烧过程中需要使用催化剂,以利于能在较低的温度下完全燃烧,达到脱除恶臭的目的。该方法可节省大量燃料,适用于低温恶臭气体处理。催化燃烧法通常控制燃烧温度在200~400℃,滑留时间为0.1~0.23,可达到与直接燃烧法相同的恶臭废气处理效果。

           催化燃烧中所用催化剂的种类较多,有铂、钻、钯、镍等贵金属和金属氧化物等,形状多为粒状、蜂窝状、条状等。铂、钻、钯类贵金属的使用寿命长,但价格昂贵。恶臭气体含有一些粉末杂质,能使催化剂中毒或堵塞,而使催化作用下降完全丧失此时应对催化剂进行再生或更换。选用恶臭脱除的方法时,应从恶臭性能与净化费用两个方面考虑,既要达到消除恶臭的污染,又要减少净化的费用。有些情况下采用两种方法以上的净化装置组成净化系统较为有利。
