在生物除臭技术应用的过程中,致臭物质的消减过程大致可以分为三阶段:

生物除臭的除臭阶段划分

1)气液扩散阶段,将臭气中包含的化学物质通过填料由气相转化为液相。混合臭气与水或固相表面的水膜接触,使污染物溶于液相的分子或离子中,实现气相到液相的转变,这一过程遵循亨利定律。

2)液固扩散阶段,将恶臭化学物质由液相扩散进入到生物填料上的生物膜中。

3)生物氧化阶段,通过生物填料表面生物膜中包含的微生物将恶臭气体分子氧化,最终形成二氧化碳、水或是矿物质等,达到除臭净化的效果。

具体方法为,在特制的滤池中将经过定向选择的特种微生物菌种通过一定的方式使其附着于填料上,然后将收集到的污染物气体通过管道引导使其经过填料表面。建立在滤池之上的喷淋塔不断地向滤池内喷水,污染物臭气就被填料表面的水分吸收成污水,然后被微生物菌种作为营养物质吸收、消化和代谢利用。那些微生物菌种从恶臭污染物气体中获得营养,在设定的适宜的温度和湿度等条件下,那些微生物菌种便会快速生长、繁殖,在填料表面越聚越多发展为微生物菌群。污染物臭气持续不断地从附着微生物菌群的填料表面通过,污染物臭气就这样被微生物降解,生成二氧化碳、水和矿物质等无机物,从而消除了臭气污染。
