生物除臭设备

夏天到了,带着它独有的热情似火与闷热猛然,虽然我们并不欢迎,但它还是走来了,一步一步的,无法阻挡的,带着它的炎热酷暑,烈日骄阳,硬生生的向我们袭来。随着夏天一起到来的,还有废气臭气的无法隐藏,在炎热的夏天里,它仿佛具有了加倍的属性,再也无法藏匿。一般来说,对于废气,臭气的处理有三种方法,分别为物理法,化学法与生物法,今天我带大家了解一下神秘的生物法,生物法除臭是怎样进行的?生物除臭法有哪三个阶段?

    生物除臭法的第一个阶段为预处理,预处理包括将废气,臭气通入仪器,将先废气,臭气中明显的杂质去除,以及给废气臭气为调节相应的温度以及相应的湿度,以更好的适应下一阶段的进行。

    生物除臭法的第二个阶段是接触生物填料。在滤池中将特种微生物菌种附着于填料上,然后将污染物气体通过管道引导至填料表面。喷淋塔不断地向滤池内喷水,废气臭气与水或固相表面的水膜相接触,使污染物溶于液相的分子或离子中,废气臭气就被填料表面的水分吸收转化成污水,实现气相到液相的转变,这一过程遵循亨利定律。这一阶段在生物填料上进行,目的是将臭气中包含的化学物质通过填料由气相转化为液相,再由液相扩散进入到生物填料上的生物膜中。

    生物除臭法的第三个阶段是生物氧化阶段。通过生物填料表面生物膜中包含的微生物将恶臭气体分子氧化,然后被微生物菌种吸收、消化代谢成为自身生长所需要的营养物质。微生物菌种可以从恶臭污染物气体中获得营养物质,在特定的温度和湿度条件下,微生物菌种快速生长、繁殖,在填料表面逐渐发展为微生物菌群。污染物臭气持续不断地从附着微生物菌群的填料表面通过,持续不断地被分解,最终形成二氧化碳、水或是矿物质等,从而消除了臭气污染。
