生物除臭的原理

原理

微生物在生长过程中能使外界物质转化成代谢产物、二氧化碳和水,或使外界物质转化为细胞物质。因此,可以用生化反应,使污染物转化为非污染或少污染的物质。自然界中存在着分解恶臭或经诱导能产生分介酶的微生物,但由于通常气相物质的密集度过低,一般很难实现生物化学反应,所以臭气的生物净化过程要经过以下三个阶段:

第一阶段:臭气同水接触并溶解到水中,即由气相转入液相或固相表面的液膜中,与微生物充分接触;

第二阶段:液相或固相表面液膜中的恶臭物质被微生物吸附、吸收,恶臭成分从水中转移至微生物体内;

第三阶段:进入微生物细胞的恶臭成分在微生物代谢过程中作为能源和营养物质被分解、转化成无害的化合物。

填充塔生物处理法

该方法是依靠生长在惰性载体上的微生物来处理恶臭成分的系统,由于有载体存在,微生物的生物量增大,且气液接触效率高,可以达到高效去除的目的。载体的性质(APC颗粒、炭素纤维,海绵填充剂等)、填料的填充高度对去除率有影响:入口气体浓度、气体流量和流体喷淋量等对去除率也有影响
