生物除臭

生物除臭的基本原理是利用微生物的新陈代谢,将臭气中的臭气污染物转化为简单的二氧化碳、水、硫酸根等无机物,从而从臭气中去除臭气污染物。比如芳烃、醇类、酸类等恶臭污染物可以生物降解成二氧化碳和水;含氮化合物可以通过微生物的硝化和反硝化转化为硝酸盐或氮气;含硫化合物可以通过微生物转化为环境中相对稳定的硫酸盐。

研究表明,生物除臭一般有三个过程:(1)臭气污染物溶解;(2)微生物吸附吸收臭气污染物;(3)微生物分解利用臭气污染物。影响生物除臭效果的主要因素有填充剂的湿度、填充剂的pH、温度等。

目前生物除臭的主要工艺方法有生物过滤法、生物洗涤法、生物滴滤等。生物过滤法是将气味适当加湿,然后通过附着微生物的过滤容器,利用附着在过滤材料上的微生物降解气味。生物洗涤法是将气味中的主要成分转移到液相,然后用活性污泥法处理吸收臭味污染物的废水。生物滴滤是介于生物过滤和生物洗涤之间的生物除臭技术。含有恶臭污染物的气味通过反应器顺流或逆流。反应器内部设有喷淋系统和填料层,气味与循环液传递,微生物净化。其中,生物滴滤因其占地面积小、投资运行成本低、无二次污染、可处理高浓度气味等优点,成为生物除臭技术的主要发展方向。
