生物除臭剂的研究现状

从上世纪的80年代中期开始,针对特定恶臭污染物的高效脱臭菌被陆续发现,应用于实际的脱臭系统的背景菌群中,可以形成脱臭效率更高的优势菌群落。大野胜史利用从土壤中分离到的对油脂废水有较强分解能力的枯草芽孢杆菌,该菌对油脂的臭味具有较好的抑制效果,现已经制成除臭剂产品。日本微生物技术研究所将污水厂活性污泥在3040℃下干燥后粉碎,制成除臭剂,填充至柱管中,当硫化氢、硫醇等恶臭通过时可具有很好的去除效果。

由于恶臭污染对人体产生的不容忽视的危害,因而其治理技术的发展也愈发显示出其迫切性与重要性,而生物治理恶臭的技术凭借着其不可比拟的优越性也逐渐在恶臭治理领域蓬勃发展起来。广泛寻找自然界中现存的高教脱臭细菌菌株,或者采用遗传工程方法选育出更高效的代谢恶臭物质的细菌菌株,再辅以新型细胞固定化技术如包埋法等运用到生物处理装置中,可望使恶臭的治理技术尤其是牛物治理技术出现突破,这也是环保工作者今后努力的一个方向
