石油化工生物除臭系统

今天羿清环保将和你谈谈中生物除臭技术在石油化工废水处理厂废气处理工程中的应用,希望对你的日常环保设备系统设计有所帮助。

城市污水处理厂的废气污染物主要是硫化氢和氨,而石油化工主要是含碳有机污染物。芳烃在石油化工废水中产生的臭味污染物明显高于芳烃,这与石油化工废水中主要从事石油炼制排放的芳烃含量较高一致。

现状对于以含碳有机污染物为主的恶臭气体的处理一般有燃烧除臭、化学氧化除臭、洗涤除臭、吸附除臭、生物除臭等技术。在浓度较低时,生物除臭是最经济的处理技术。

根据污水处理装置的调查和分析,废气污染源主要来自污水进水部分(如调节池、格栅等)、处理部分(如曝气池等)和污泥处理部分(污泥脱水等)。

生物除臭工艺流程:每个开放式臭源结构加盖密封→所有结构设置引风支管→汇合成引风干管后,由高压通风机将臭气吸入生物滤池→滤池内的废气从上面进入洗涤加湿区→废气洗涤增湿→洗涤后的废气从洗涤区底部引入生物滤池区,进一步进行生物处理→经生物滤池处理后的废气通过排气管进行低空多点排放。

生物除臭滤池设计的预洗段的有效设计停留时间一般为5s;玻璃钢材料;滤池采用钢筋混凝土结构,内壁涂环氧树脂防腐、矩形、低进气、布气均匀分布在格栅板上,防止局部短路等;布水采用喷淋形式,所用喷淋水为厂区回用水,回收利用。填充厚度为1.2m,由玻璃钢格栅板支撑;生物滤池表面负荷能力:100m3/(m2·h);生物填充区设计停留时间为20s以上;填充层设计湿度>70%;以厂区回用水加湿,每个滤池通过上部透气管直接排放。除臭设备还配有一批先进的在线监测设备,如在线温湿度计、在线风量计、在线压力计、在线可燃气体检测仪、氨/硫化氢/苯系物便携式监测仪等。
