纸业集团有限公司为了改善该公司各厂区内的大气环境,拟在其中一个分厂的污水处理站内设一套生物除臭中试设备,以达到净化厂区环境的目标。由于该厂污水处理过程中的臭气成分浓度值很高,对设备的腐蚀性很大,该厂现有的几套化学除臭设备(碱洗塔)因硫化氢浓度值太高导致设备的腐蚀性严重,现已暂停使用。

生物除臭技术在造纸废水上的工程应用

由于生物除臭工艺运行操作简单、运行成本低、处理效果好等特点,公司考虑利用生物除臭工艺对臭气浓度较高的区域进行臭气的收集与集中处理,为了确保生物除臭工艺对该厂高浓度臭气的处理效果,同时也为得到更为可靠的工程设计参数,故经协商进行现场中试试验。

通过协商,该中试试验主要针对该污水站内IC厌氧反应罐、污泥罐以及配水井内臭气进行收集,通过风机送至生物除臭塔进行处理净化后最终排放至大气。

一般污水处理厂的臭气成分分为三类:含硫化合物,如H2S、硫醇、硫醚类;含氮化合物,如氨、胺类、酰胺、吲哚等;含氧有机物,如醇、酚、醛、酮、有机酸等。其中H2SNH3是臭味的主要组成成分。
