生物除臭滤池—生物土壤法

生物除臭滤池

与土壤法类似的生物滤床法,是一种优化的土壤处理工艺,将收集的臭气先经过加湿处理,再进人土壤滤床,以强化除臭能力,是一种新型生态除臭工艺。

生物滤池法

是目前研究最多、工艺最成熟、应用最广泛的生物除臭方法。它包括增湿器和生物处理装置两部分。由引风机收集的臭气经增湿器预处理(有的预处理还包括温度调节、去除颗粒物质等)后进人生物处理装置,气体中的污染物从气相扩散到填料外层的水膜,溶解于水膜中的有机污染物进一步扩散到填料内层长满微生物的生物膜内,进而被生物膜内的微生物捕获、吸收,并作为其代谢过程中的能源和营养物质被分解,最终转化为无害的化合物排出。

生物滤池的填料层是具有吸附性的有机滤料(如腐殖土、堆肥、干树皮、木渣、果壳、贝壳等)。该法已在国内不少污水厂除臭工艺中得到应用

生物滴滤塔法

生物滴滤塔主体为填充塔,内有一层或多层惰性无机填料(比表面积大的塑料、半软性塑料、多孔陶瓷、高分子材料、硅酸盐材料等),填料表面是由微生物形成的几毫米厚的生物膜,含可溶性无机营养液的液体从塔上方均匀地喷洒在填料上,液体自上向下流动,然后由塔底排出并循环利用。有机废气由塔底进人生物滴滤塔,在上升的过程中与润湿的生物膜接触而被净化,净化后的气体由塔顶排出。
