当前,治理恶臭污染物的方法主要有物理方法、化学方法和生物方法。物理和化学法相较而言传统的臭气治理方法,但对于大流速、低浓度恶臭气体,采用物理法和化学法处理,投资较大,运行费用较高。微生物法治理恶臭气体是一项新兴的污染防治技术。有良好的效果.适用范围广.所需设备简单、费用低.易管理、安全可靠.维修方便.无二次污染或极少等优点,其研究和应用在国内外已得到普遍重视,显示出良好的发展空间和应用前景。

 

污水站除臭设备

臭气在生物除臭过程中,微生物起着主导作用,它们分别是悬浮生长系统和附着生长系统。结合生长系统中,微生物粘附在多孔填料的表面,当处理废气经过填料床时被填料吸附,吸收,最后由微生物降解利用。悬浮法中,微生物在液体中悬浮时,首先使处理的臭气溶解于液相,再经扩散进入微生物细胞,最后由微生物降解利用。

 

近年来,生物滴滤法在工业应用中占据着重要地位,如生物洗涤池、生物滤池、生物滴滤池等,微生物过滤除臭气体是气体扩散和生物化学作用的综合过程。生物过滤法除臭效果好,适用于低浓度大气量的废气处理,也是最常用的生物除臭方法。
