生物除臭

工艺流程

恶臭去除的三个阶段:

1、废气中有毒、有害、恶臭污染物与水接触,溶于水中且能够成为液相中的分子或离子。这一过程是物理过程。

2、中溶液中的恶臭成分被微生物吸附、吸收,恶臭成分从水中转移至微生物体内。

生物除臭工艺流程

进入微生物细胞中的有机物在各种细胞内酶的催化作用下,微生物对其进行氧化分解,同时进行合成代谢产生新的微生物细胞。一部分有机物通过氧化分解最终转化为H2OCO2等稳定的无机物。

技术特点

1、生物技术,环保卫生,无二次污染。

2、可同时处理含有多种污染物的废气。

3、处理时间短,效率高。

4、生物菌种一次挂膜,菌种种类多,接种时间短。

5、建设成本低,运行费用低,无需添加药剂。

6、采用玻璃钢/不锈钢材质,外形美观,抗腐蚀性强,使用寿命长

7、采用复合滤料,表面积大,透气性好,不容板结,使用寿命久。

8、采用PLC控制,自动化程度高。

9、双层结构,夹层填充有保温材料,适合于寒冷天气运行,内层设有防腐层。
