生物除臭塔一般采用生物清洗、吸附等方法,利用悬浮物活性污泥处理恶臭气体的反应系统,主要包括吸附和生物降解两部分

 

污水站排出的废气经洗涤塔吸收,与填料上的生物菌种,以及生物反应过来的泥水混合物进行传质吸附。生物除臭塔主要处理易溶恶臭气体,适用于各类低负荷恶臭气体,去除效果较好。

 生物除臭

挥发性有机物是一种常见的污染物,它对生态环境、动植物生长、人类健康都有极大的危害,因此引起了国内外环保专家和学者的高度重视

 

对于挥发性有机化合物的处理,以往一般使用的方法是吸附、催化燃烧等,但这些方法均存在缺陷,例如,吸附法中废气需要进行预处理,吸附剂再生补充费大、设备庞大;另外由于吸附剂处理的投资大,吸收法由于催化剂具有选择性大、容易引起二次污染的局限性,催化焚烧法投资、运行费用高,催化剂有毒害和寿命问题,危害性大,不适用于低浓度有机废气处理

 

生物除臭塔底或二沉池(初次运行时),将活性污泥混合液回流到再生段,一方面可使微生物恢复活性,另一方面又可防止污泥沉淀。

 

为了保持微生物的活性,提升处理效果,生物除臭塔采用二沉池上清液作为喷淋剂。二沉池上清液回流至生物滴滤液槽,由生物滴滤器循环泵送到生物滴滤塔上部,与经过生物洗塔处理的废气进行气液相接触,进一步去除气体中产生臭气的成分。喷淋液由塔体底部回流到滴滤液槽。
