生物除臭箱是一种生物废气处理技术,利用生物过滤器中的生物填料上专门培养的微生物膜,对废气中的臭气分子进行除臭。当含有气、液、固混合物的有毒、有害、恶臭废气通过收集管道引入系统时,废气中的污染物通过在生物填料上培养和生长的高效微生物菌株组成的生物膜进行净化和降解。

各种臭气处理方法的目的是改变臭气的物质结构,通过物理、化学和生物效应消除臭气。传统的恶臭气体处理方法有燃烧法、氧化法、吸收法、吸附法、中和法和生物法。生物除臭箱是一种生物废气处理技术,当有毒、有害、恶臭废气中含有混合气体时,采用生物方法,通过生物过滤器中生物填料上专门培养的微生物膜,对废气中的臭味分子进行除臭,通过收集管道将液体和固体引入系统,通过培养生物填料上生长的微生物菌株形成的生物膜,净化和降解废气中的污染物。一方面,生物膜将废气中的污染物作为营养物质进行生长繁殖;另一方面,废气中有毒有害的恶臭物质被分解降解为无毒无害的简单无机物,如CO2、H2O、,H2SO4和HNO3
