生物过滤技术在环境适宜的条件下能够较大程度地进行臭气处理,那么影响生物滤池污水废气处理的因素是哪些呢?接下来,我将具体介绍一下。

湿度

对于生物过滤的系统来说,床体的湿度根据基质材料的不同,宜保持在20%耀60%。由于臭气中的污染物质要先被液相吸收并被微生物氧化,如果生物过滤湿度太低,会使水溶性恶臭成分难以及时进入液相,且易造成填料干燥,湿床内生物活性降低,但生物滤池的湿度过高时,传质效率也会受到影响,且因气体穿过阻力增大还可能造成局部厌氧而影响除臭效率。影响滤池湿度的因素包括加湿系统、生物新陈代谢产生的热量、辐射热转移、阳光辐射、传导热转移、降雨等,因此对湿度的控制具有相当的难度。

污水废气处理

pH

许多微生物仅在一定的pH值范围内才能生长,并且绝大多数微生物生长适宜的pH值均在中性范围内。当pH值低于3.2时,去除效率显著下降。而臭气中的污染成分在生物净化过程中,一般生物过滤系统中的pH值呈下降趋势,影响微生物的生化作用。一般采用在生物滤池的滤料上喷洒pH值缓冲剂来稳定pH值或者向生物过滤基质中加入碎贝壳、石灰石等物质。

温度

较低的温度有利于臭气中污染成分被基质表面的生物膜吸收,但会影响微生物的生长,而在较高的温度下恰恰相反。生物过滤的适宜温度为20益耀37益,一般是通过调节臭气温度来实现。
