            臭气的种类各种各样,不仅多,而且杂。如果人们没有使用相应的设备,则无法有效的清除空气中的臭气,现在有关部门对于空气管理和空气质量的要求都比较严格,所以排放的臭气中,臭气不能够超越一定的指数,否则就会受到处罚。而现在用的比较多的就是生物滤池除臭设备了。那么,生物滤池是除臭的原理是什么呢?

生物滤池除臭

           生物滤池除臭原理是污水处理过程中所产生的臭气经收集系统收集后集中送至 生物滤池除臭装置处理,臭气通过湿润、多孔和充满活性微生物的滤层,利用微 生物细胞对恶臭物质的吸附、吸收和降解功能、微生物的细胞个体小、表面积大、 吸附性强、代谢类型多样的特点,将恶臭物质吸附后分解成 CO2、H2O、H2SO4、HNO3 等简单无机物。


       具体过程是:先将人工筛选的特种微生物菌群固定于填料上,当污染气体经 过填料表面初期,可从污染气体中获得营养源的那些微生物菌群,在适宜的温度、 湿度、pH 值等条件下,将会得到快速生长、繁殖,并在填料表面形成生物膜, 当废气通过其间,有机物被生物膜表面的水层吸收后被微生物吸附和降解,得到 净化再生的水被重复使用。

       污染物去除的实质是以废气作为营养物质被微生物吸收、代谢及利用。这一 过程是微生物的相互协调的过程,比较复杂,它由物理、化学、物理化学以及生 物化学反应所组成。生物脱臭可以用下式表达:

 污染物 + O2→细胞代谢物 + CO2 + H2O

       污染物中的硫系物、氮氧化物将被氧化分解成硫(硝)酸盐和亚硫(硝)酸 盐,沉集在系统的滤液中,定期或定量进行排放。

       生物滤池压力损耗低,比表面积大,挂膜速度快,对污染物的去除率大幅度 提高。循环液系统不仅可以增湿,还可为生物膜提供营养,提高生物膜的活性, 确保处理效果。

       生物滤池针对恶臭气体的组分接种了荧光假单胞菌、苯杆菌、硫杆菌等高效 脱臭细菌,对苯系物分解能力强,具有独特的处理效果。恶臭污染物与脱臭菌接 触,被分解、氧化后,转化为CO2、H2O和SO42-等无机物,净化后的气体排放。

当废气浓度较低时生物滤池可使用低浓度工业废水作为循环液,废水中的 COD物质可为微生物提供营养,从而可省去专用营养液的费用。在降解气态污染 物的同时,还能分解氧化废水的污染物,作到水相和气相污染物同步治理。
