生物滤池除臭的相关影响因素

污染物浓度

在采用微生物处理恶臭气体时,废气中污染物的种类和数量往往会影响除臭效果。一般来说,使用生物滤池进行臭气去除时,废气中的污染物应该是可被微生物利用和降解的水溶性有机或无机物质,而不是能抑制微生物生长的有毒物质,只有这样才能保证微生物良好的臭气去除效果。同时,污染物含量也要控制在一定的范围内,污染物含量过高会使微生物大量繁殖,微生物的浓度过高不仅会影响除臭效果,还会缩短填料的使用寿命。

适宜的脱臭环境

在处理污水臭气时,平衡运行的生物滤池内填料层限制了生物滤池的渗透性,对臭气处理效果的影响更为严重。这是因为,当湿润作用(即缺水)不足时,填料层会发生干裂,在这种情况下,微生物的代谢不仅不能正常进行,而且其代谢产物也不易从过滤池中排出。所以,为了保证填料层具有适宜的湿度,烟气在进入生物滤池之前,首先要进行润湿处理,以确保填料在适宜的湿度范围内具有较好的除臭效果。
