生物滤池的构造是什么?

生物滤池主要由滤床(池体和滤料)、布水装置、排水系统这三大部分组成。

池体,关于池体的形状,在上世纪三四十年代之前多为方形或矩形,由于旋转布水器的出现,如今多采用多边形或圆形。在池壁上需要带有一定的孔口,来保证通风;池壁的高度上,至少要高于滤料0.5m。

滤料,滤料则是生物膜赖以生长的基础,因此在选择滤料时,需要满足以下几个特点:

比表面积比较大,有利于微生物的附着生长;

能够使废水以液膜的状态,均匀分布在滤料的表面;

孔隙率大,保证脱落的生物膜能随水流到池底,保证良好的通风;

适合生物膜的形成与黏附,既不被微生物分解,又不抑制微生物生长;

具有较好的机械强度,不易变形和破碎。

布水装置,这部分的主要功能就是将废水均匀布洒在滤料表面,主要有固定式布水装置和旋转式布水装置两类。普通生物滤池一般采用固定式布水装置,高负荷和塔式生物滤池多采用旋转式布水装置。

生物滤池就是在滤池内放好一定滤料,当废气从上到下自上滤过的时候,废气与滤料不断接触,这样微生物就可以在滤料表面繁殖再生,形成生物膜。而生物膜就是由各种微生物组成的一个生态膜系统,微生物从废气中吸取污染物作为养料,并能够在代谢过程中获得生存所需的能量,而后形成新的微生物群落。生物膜达到一定厚度时,氧气就不能进入生物膜内部,造成内部的厌氧状态,生物膜的附着力就减弱了。水流冲刷后,生物膜就会脱落,然后在滤料上又长出新的生物膜。经过多次循环,废气就被净化了。
