生物滤池工艺系统通过气体输送装置,喷淋装置和过滤塔主体三个部分组合而成。恶臭物质及少量有机恶臭化合物通过加压预湿,在生物滤池内与填料层表面的生物膜相接触,有机物从气相转移到生物膜,进而被微生物分解利用,并且被转化成二氧化碳,水和其他的分子物质,然后将净化后的气体排出。喷淋装置定期向填料层喷洒喷淋液,这样就可以不断调整填料层的水分含量、pH值以及营养盐含量。

在生物法处理恶臭气体系统中,影响生物脱臭效率的因素主要为恶臭气体的组成和性质,恶臭气体在滤池中的停留时间,pH值,生物填料的种类,系统内的温度、湿度以及填料上微生物的种类和数量等。

羿清环保自主研发的生物滤池生物滤池设备为二段式结构,分别是预处理功能段、生物处理功能段:

l 预处理系统

臭气经过配气分布装置后,气体上升至雾化喷淋洗涤加湿区,由喷淋洗涤泵将洗涤液提升至特制的喷头,先将溶液喷淋成水雾,在填料层废气与水溶液充分接触,将臭气中的固体物质洗涤在液体中,并使部分臭气溶于水,达到其部分净化目的。同时,可以在预洗池贮液槽内添加酸和碱液,全自动加药装置根据设定PH值自动投加,针对废气中过高浓度酸碱性废气进行化学吸收处理,避免高浓度的酸碱废气影响生物处理系统中的微生物活性。

l 生物处理系统

生物段的设计,决定整个生物滤池的处理效果。羿清生物滤池在池体设计上,严格按照国家标准及本公司生物滤池企业标准,废气在生物填料段停留时间不低于20s;合理设计设备布气管道,降低填料污染负荷,避免因布气不合理导致的优势菌群变更,降低废气处理效率;采用专性微生物菌种,针对性处理VOCs和恶臭污染物,处理效率高,稳定性高。
