在整个污泥发酵项目中,当生物滤池除臭系统运转时,若生物滤池管理不善,将会使 pH 值的调节滞后时间过长,造成的负面影响极大,既破坏了微生物的新陈代谢能力,也使系统的运行受到阻碍。滤料的种类、滤料的含湿量比例、滤料层的厚度、生物滤池停留的时间、滤料池 pH 值都是影响生物滤池除臭工艺的因素,因此对于生物滤池除臭工艺的设计,应当懂得多角度考量。

控制滤池的 pH 值及滤料的含湿量

运用生物滤池除臭工艺时,为保持滤层中微生物的正常生长、繁殖及新陈代谢,滤池的 pH 值应维持在 7.0 8.0。生物滤池除臭过程中,滤料的含湿量一般合理地保持在 40% 60%。控制好滤料的含湿量好处很多,不仅有利于微生物和滤料之间的传质,还有助于微生物的新陈代谢。
