臭气处理设备

生物过滤器由滤料床层(生物活性填充物)、沙砾层、和多管布气管道等组成。多管布气管安装在沙砾层中,在池底有排水管排出多余的水。生物滤池内部充填活性填料填料中生长了能降解污染物的微生物。废气经加压预湿后,从底部或侧面进入生物滤池,与填料上附着生成的生物膜(微生物)接触,被生物膜吸收,最终降解为水和二氧化碳等物质,处理过的气体从生物滤池的顶部排出。

按照所用的固体滤料的不同,生物滤池分为土壤滤池和堆肥滤池以及微生物过滤箱。土壤滤床的优点是投资少、无二次污染、抗冲击能力强、抗酸性且寿命长。其缺点是占地面积大,其研究方向是多层滤床。堆肥床的优点是去除效率高、接触时问短,缺点是填料容易结块。要定期搅拌,操作费用高且填料一到五年就要更换一次。
