通过在反应器上方水中曝气和处理水携氧内循环的联合,对生物滤池中DO的浓度起到了较好的控制作用,这是生物滤池系统能获得稳定的同步亚硝化/厌氧氨氧化效果的主要手段。提高内循环滤速有利于提高进入生物膜中的DO量和反应基质传递速率,从而提高系统对TN的去除速率,但内循环滤速不可过大,否则较高的DO量进入生物膜系统后,可能会促使NOB细菌的生长,从而造成NOF—N的积累,影响TN的去除效率。

生物滤池运行方式

SBR和连续流两种运行方式,都可以实现生物滤池同步亚硝化/厌氧氨氧化自养脱氮。但二者相比,SBR法操作简单,受水质波动的影响较小,而连续流运行仅通过对出水水质变化的判断来调整运行工况,存在一定的滞后性,这样受水质、水温等条件的影响就相对较大。

采用SBR悬浮污泥法,通过对pH值进行实时监测,可以很好地控制亚硝酸盐的积累。在SBR运行周期中,可以将pH值的第二次突跃作为其反应终点的指示参数,通过pH值来实时控制同步亚硝化/厌氧氨氧化系统的反应进程,从而避免因DO供给过量或不足而影响生物膜系统的脱氮功能。
