在环境保护日益严格的今天,国家对污水处理厂恶臭气体的治理越来越重视。无论是市政污水厂还是工业污水池在废气治理方案上都逐步采用生物除臭技术,主要分为分散收集后集中处理和就地分散处理。

 

分散集后集中处理是将各个板块中的臭气统一收集,送除臭系统集中处理;就地分散处理是根据每个板块气体的恶臭浓度和组成的不同,采用不同的除臭工艺来处理。

污水池除臭工艺上主要有吸附法、吸收法、凝析法、生物除臭、直接氧化、热氧化、催化氧化等。其中针对石油、石化行业污水处理领域恶臭气体治理,目前已较为成熟。比较经济可行的方法是催化氧化和生物除臭两种。除臭系统由两个一级废池组成,分别配有波纹板、油水分离器的二级废池,强臭气由污水池向大气扩散,夏季气温较高时尤其严重,现场作业环境十分恶劣,对环境空气造成严重污染,影响职工身心健康。

 

通过生物除臭方式治理废气,是利用微生物代谢活动把恶臭物质分解成无味或无味物质的一种处理方法。在自然条件下,存在着分解臭味或诱导产生降解酶的微生物,其除臭过程主要分为三个递进的阶段:

 

首先,臭气同水接触,溶入水中,这一过程遵循物化基本定律之一的亨利定律;

然后,微生物吸附、吸收水中恶臭成分,于是恶臭成分从水中转移微生物体内;

最后,进入微生物细胞的恶臭成分成为微生物的营养物,被充分分解利用,从而使污染物得以清除。
