实验室在实验的过程中产生大量臭气,其主要成分为氨、硫化氢、甲硫醇、三甲胺、苯乙烯、乙醛、二硫化甲基等恶臭气体。废气浓度较高,废气未经过有效的处理直接排放,会对周边的环境造成很大程度的污染,尤其是社会影响极坏。所以必须采用收集风管将废气集中收集之后通过净化系统处理达标之后再高空排放。

            实验室在实验的过程中产生大量臭气,其主要成分为氨、硫化氢、甲硫醇、三甲胺、苯乙烯、乙醛、二硫化甲基等恶臭气体。废气浓度较高,废气未经过有效的处理直接排放,会对周边的环境造成很大程度的污染,尤其是社会影响极坏。所以必须采用收集风管将废气集中收集之后通过净化系统处理达标之后再高空排放。

催化燃烧臭气处理设备

       羿清环保公司根据实验室产生废气的浓度及废气排放量,采用UV光解催化处理设备进行臭气处理工程。

       实验室臭气处理工艺:

           实验废气臭气废气在风机作用下通过风管进入UV光触媒废气净化设备中,该设备是利用特制的高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束照射工业废气,裂解恶臭/工业废气如:氨、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲硫氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳和苯乙烯,硫化物H2S、VOC类,苯、甲苯、二甲苯等的分子链结构,使有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链,在高能紫外线光束照射下,降解转变成低分子化合物,如CO2、H2O等,后达标高空排放。


       经此工艺处理后,废气达到《恶臭污染物排放标准值》GB14554-93中规定的二级排放标准及GB16297《大气污染物综合排放标准》中二级排放标准及相应地方标准或厂界参数。
