市政污水臭气排放标准

市政污水除臭技术在国外已有几十年的运行经验,国内也开始兴起,并有蓬勃发展的趋势。当前,国内外处理污水的主要方法有氧化除臭、脱臭溶液去除、氧离子基团去除、化学清洗等。处理后的气体排放达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)的二级排放标准,使污水池臭气得到了消除,周围环境得到明显改善。

市政污水除臭

废水处理设施产生的臭气通过下列方法处理:

采用了一种组合工艺进行液体水洗吸收和生物降解处理。臭气首先被液体()选择性地吸收,形成混合污水,再通过微生物作用降解其中的污染物。

首先把人工筛选的特种微生物群落固定在填料上,当污染气体经过填料表面时,可从恶臭气体中获取营养来源的微生物群落,在温度、湿度、 pH值适宜的条件下,迅速生长繁殖,并在填料表面形成生物膜。在它们之间,有机物质被生物膜表面的水层吸收之后,被微生物吸附降解,得到净化再生水再利用。臭气去除的实质是微生物对恶臭气体作为营养物的吸收、代谢和利用。

市政污水除臭的整个工艺过程大致分为4个步骤:

(1)将气浮池产生的臭气盖收,用引风机加压后送至生物滤池。

(2)恶臭气体进入生物滤池,在循环水的喷淋润湿下,使恶臭气体与水溶于水。

(3)水溶液中的恶臭成分被微生物吸附、吸收,进入微生物细胞内的恶臭成分作为营养素被微生物分解、利用,从而使污染物得以去除。

(4)处理气体达到标准排放标准。
