市政污水除臭的工艺流程与设计

活性炭吸附

活性炭属无定形碳,本身属疏松多孔结构,使之具有很好的吸附性。而污水厂中用活性炭吸附臭气正是利用了活性炭的吸附作用。其工艺原理实际是将恶臭气体通过活性炭吸附剂填充层从而被吸附除去,这种方法实际上对于恶臭的物质有较大的平衡吸附量,且对于多种恶臭气体都可以达到较好的效果,是在污水除臭工艺中比较高效的一种除臭技术。但是,因为该工艺投产的运行费用高且需要定期的进行维护,常用于脱臭和较低浓度臭气的后处理。从成本性与长远性考虑,不适宜污水厂用于主要除臭工艺。

过氧化氢控制恶臭

利用过氧化氢进行除臭的原理实际是在城市污水的PH条件下,过氧化氢与水中的硫化氢发生反应最终生成单质硫和水,生成的硫经过过滤除去。但该方法在实际生产中会受到许多因素的制约,例如反应的实际效率,最重要的是要控制反应的的有效时间和反应的持续时间,使药品的投放量最接近于反应的理论计算值才能保证反应在最佳条件下运行,从而达到除臭的效果。

生物除臭

市政污水除臭主要采用微生物吸附臭气中的有毒物质,生成有利于生物繁殖的营养物质,是目前认为最好的除臭方法。
