基本原理

污水厂运行中散发的臭气经收集系统收集后送到生物滤池除装置进行处理,臭气通过湿润、充满活性的微生物滤层,利用微生物细胞对恶臭物质的吸附、吸收和降解功能,将恶臭物质分解成无毒无害的简单无机物。生物除臭过程主要为:水溶渗透、生物吸收、生物氧化。

技术关键

(1) 新型生物滤池填料的研制:要求填料比重较小、比表面积较大、微生物附着性良好,且有合适的空隙率,不会因为生物量过多而引起堵塞。

(2) 降解废气污染物的功能微生物分析及其生物膜的培养和控制:需要采用先进的微生物和分子生态学技术探讨生物滤池内部微生物随环境条件变化的规律,并通过功能微生物降解废气污染物的机理和过程的研究,确定生物滤池的运行工艺及参数,使生物滤池填料能顺利形成高效降解废气污染物的生物膜并能够得到良好的微生物数量和活性控制,解决生物滤池分解废气需要高活性生物量与生物量过多易造成填料堵塞之间的矛盾。
