市政污水除臭的原理分析

生物除臭的原理:

收集到的废气在适宜的条件下通过长满微生物的固体载体(填料),臭味物质先被填料吸收,然后被填料上的微生物氧化分解,完成除臭过程。微生物生长除需要足够的有机养分,还要创造一个适宜的湿度、pH值、氧气含量、温度和营养成分的良好条件来保持微生物活性。

一般认为微生物除臭过程分为三步:

①臭气与水接触并溶解到水中;

②恶臭成分被微生物吸附、吸收,从水中转移至微生物体内;

③恶臭成分作为营养物质被微生物分解、利用,从而使污染物得以去除。

生物滴滤床与传统生物反应器的主要区别是通过人工接种微生物和强化喷淋,有效改善了填料床内的微生态环境,并提高了有效微生物密度,广泛采用人工或天然的惰性填料或者复合填料避免填料的自降解,这些改进使其相对于其他生物处理技术具有基质谱广、负荷高、可操控性强等优点;相对于物理化学方法和其他传统生物处理法,生物滴滤床除臭技术具有投资和运行成本低、反应条件温和、无二次污染等技术优势。
