       随着,我国经济不断腾飞,工业在飞速发展,企业在生产的过程中产生了大量的voc废气,在中国绿色环保理念发展趋势下,voc废气治理成为了企业关键的工作职责的一部分。

        VOC废气类型多种多样,来源于也十分广泛,成分复杂,即使是同一废气种类,因为排风量不一样、浓度值不一样,所需治理方法也不一样。但是目前使用较为广泛的是催化燃烧法,这种voc废气治理方法,处理效率高,无二次污染,今天就给大家简单介绍一下催化燃烧废气处理方法。

        催化燃烧

        一、催化燃烧基本原理

       依靠金属催化剂可使有机废气在较低的起燃温度标准下,产生无焰点燃,并氧化分解为CO2和H20,另外释放很多热。

       二、催化燃烧特性

       1、起燃温度低,化学反应速率快,节约能源。催化燃烧全过程中,金属催化剂具有减少VOCs分子结构与氧原子反映的活化能,更改反映方式的功效。

        2、解决高效率,二次空气污染物和空气污染物消耗量少。选用催化燃烧解决VOCs废气治理率一般在95%之上,终产物关键为CO2和H2O。因为催化燃烧温度低,很多降低NOx的形成。輔助燃料耗费排污的CO2量在总CO2消耗量中占非常大占比,輔助电力能源使用量降低,显而易见降低了空气污染物CO2消耗量。

        3、应用领域广,催化燃烧基本上能够解决全部的氮化合物有机废气及恶臭味汽体,合适解决的VOCs浓度值覆盖面广。针对较低浓度的、大流量、多组分而无收购使用价值的VOCs有机废气,选用催化燃烧法治理是较经济合理有效的。
