危废处理中心如何进行废气处理

危废处理中心接收的危险废物种类很多,包括医疗废物、农药、精蒸馏残渣、废矿物油、废酸碱废物、有机溶剂等。废气处理中心建有一整套固液废物处理系统。

 

废气处理设备采用旋转窑炉进行高温焚烧处理,垂直焚化液体危险废物。有害垃圾焚化废气中的污染物主要有微粒、二氧化硫、氟化氢等酸性气体、重金属和有机污染物(如二恶英,呋喃等),组成复杂。

在进行危险废物焚烧之前,必须要对危险废物进行一定的筛选和排除,避免含有重金属成分的危险废气进入到焚烧系统,因此,产生的有害气体中的重金属含量非常少。

 

危废处理中心烟气净化工艺采用SNCR脱硝+烟气急冷+干式脱酸+袋除尘器除二恶英除尘+湿式脱酸的净化工艺和技术,净化后的烟气通过50m高的烟囱高空排放。

 

对酸性气体去除主要通过SNCR脱硝、干法脱酸和 湿法脱酸达到去除的目的。对于烟气中的烟尘采用布袋除尘器进行治理对重金属利用“活性炭喷射吸附+布袋除尘器”进行去除。

 

当前,国内广泛采用的焚化方法虽然能够取得较好的处理和净化效果,但是在危险废物燃烧过程中产生的烟气含有有害成分,给自然环境带来一定程度的二次污染,影响人体健康。

 

结合焚烧废气处理中心的运行情况,对其废气的组成、浓度、废气处理措施及处理效果进行了详细的介绍。去除SNCR脱硝+烟气急冷+干脱酸+袋式除尘器+二恶英除尘+湿脱酸废气的净化处理后,焚烧废气排放筒污染物浓度达到达标排放。
