国外有资料显示,在污水处理厂的运行中,为使恶臭污染物达标排放,恶臭治理设施几年内的运行管理费用很可能超过其投资额。对于我国这样一个经济发展中国家,污水处理厂的恶臭治理才刚刚起步,在建设污水处理厂及设计恶臭处理工艺时,应注意其经济性与合理性,以达到经济、社会、环境效益相统一。

污水处理厂恶臭治理

去除污水处理厂废气中的高浓度恶臭以及深度处理是恶臭治理的难点,为此国内外学者进行了大量的研究,但仍存在许多问题和不足之处,寻求一种具有高效去除率同时又兼顾经济和社会效益的处理方法成了近年来恶臭治理研究的热点。

污水处理厂恶臭治理展望

在我国,也有多家研究机构对该技术进行了工程性研究,结果表明,在低浓度、高流速恶臭气体处理中,H?S去除可达91.9%,NH?去除率可达93.4%,臭气浓度去除率可达93.6%。如果在保证处理量的前提下,增加气体停留时间,去除率还可以进一步提高。另外还有研究表明在典型恶臭物质等离子处理中,当停留时间长,恶臭物质的去除达到90%以上,厂界浓度可达到《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554—93)一级标准。

由于污水处理厂恶臭成分复杂,浓度变化大,且污水处理厂规模大小不一,因此在选择恶臭治理方案和治理工艺技术时:

· 首先应准确而详细地测定臭气的各种成分,分析恶臭物质的特点;


· 其次应明确限制处理工艺的因素和需要重点针对的污染指标,依据恶臭性质和当地环境质量要求,选择处理工艺;


· 确定处理工艺后,须对其进行技术经济评价,确保所选择的处理形式经济有效;


· 处理工艺的研究与应用以多种方法相结合为最佳,以获得理想的处理效果。
