目前,污水处理厂常用的生物除臭法主要有生物过滤法、生物洗涤法以及生物滴滤法。生物过滤法是将通入的臭气先进行加湿处理,然后在适宜的工艺条件下,就可以使臭气通过湿润的多孔且长满微生物的生物滤层,这时候附着在固体载体上的大量微生物,就可以对恶臭物质进行吸附、吸收和降解,臭气就可以通过微生物的代谢作用,将臭气的恶臭物质降解成CO2、H2O和其他无机物。

目前,污水处理厂常用的生物除臭法主要有生物过滤法、生物洗涤法以及生物滴滤法。生物过滤法是将通入的臭气先进行加湿处理,然后在适宜的工艺条件下,就可以使臭气通过湿润的多孔且长满微生物的生物滤层,这时候附着在固体载体上的大量微生物,就可以对恶臭物质进行吸附、吸收和降解,臭气就可以通过微生物的代谢作用,将臭气的恶臭物质降解成CO2H2O和其他无机物。

由于生物过滤的工艺设备少,操作简单,不需外加营养物,因此企业的投资运行费用低,臭气去除率高,但生物过滤法的生化反应过程需要相对较长的停留时间,从而需要很大的占地面积,反应条件较难控制,易造成滤料堵塞。

由于恶臭污染会对人体产生不容忽视的危害,因而其治理技术的发展也愈发显示出其迫切性与重要性,而牛物治理恶臭的技术凭借着其不可比拟的优越性也逐渐在恶臭治理领域中蓬勃地发展起来。广泛寻找自然界中现存的高效脱臭细菌菌株:采用遗传工程方法诱变选育出除臭效率更高、更加广谱的代谢恶臭物质的细菌菌株:利用基因工程手段把现有的多种高效脱臭菌的特异性降解特性有机组合在一起,选育出超级细菌;寻找菌株的最佳组合,使除臭效果更好:再辅以新型细胞固定化技术(如包埋法)运用到生物处理装置中,可望使恶臭的治理技术尤其是生物治理技术出现新的突破,这也是今后应该努力的方向。
