       污水厂治理,被广泛采用的工艺流程为:臭气源加盖,经过收集系统后,进入预处理单元,臭气经过预处理后,根据组成进一步选择处理方法,如焚烧、低温离子、生物除臭、植物液洗涤等技术。除臭工艺的选择必须充分考虑工程实际,结合自身技术特点选择比较好的工艺方案。

光催化活性炭吸附设备


       一、生物除臭技术

           主要是利用微生物降解恶臭物质,进入微生物体内的臭气成分在其自身的代谢过程中,作为能源和营养物质被分解,经生物化学反应转化为无害的物质。需要根据气源组成,选定相应菌种进行处理。

           二、处理工艺的比较和选择

           恶臭污染的常用处理工艺包括热处理、吸附、化学预洗和生物处理。热处理包括直接燃烧和催化氧化,当废气中污染物浓度高时,热处理法是有效的,但污染物浓度低时,热处理费用较高。吸附法常用的吸附剂为活性炭,废气中的污染物被吸附到活性炭表面而得以净化,适用于中、高浓度的小、中气量恶臭治理。化学预洗法工艺成熟,但对苯系物等溶解度较低的烃类去除效果差,使用后的预洗剂易形成二次污染。生物法属于一种环保友好型处理技术,更适用于中、低浓度的大气量恶臭治理,其优点有维护管理方便,费用较低,无二次污染,对人类健康和生态环境的影响较小。
