污水废气处理工艺

吸收法

收法是采用低挥发或不挥发溶剂对VOC进行吸收,然后利用VOC与吸收剂物理性质的差异将二者分离的净化方法。该法适合于浓度高、温度较低和压力较高的VOC废气的净化。吸收效果主要取决于吸收剂的性能和吸收设备的结构特征。吸收剂选取的原则是:对VOC溶解度大、选择性强、蒸汽压低、无毒及化学稳定性好等。常用的吸收剂为柴油、煤油、水和其他溶剂。当吸收液为水时,采用精馏处理就可以回收有机溶剂;当为非水溶剂时,考虑到回收成本,需进行吸收剂的再生,而且同样存在二次污染的问题。

燃烧法

燃烧法是利用VOC易燃烧性质进行处理的一种方法。化工、喷漆、绝缘材料等行业所排出的有机废气广泛采用燃烧法净化。根据燃烧工艺的不同,燃烧法分为直接燃烧法、热力燃烧法和催化燃烧法。

直接燃烧法,又称火焰燃烧法,它是把可燃的VOC污染物当作燃料来燃烧的一种方法。该法适合处理高浓度VOC废气,燃烧温度控制在1100℃以上,去除率达95%以上。

力燃烧法是在废气中VOC浓度低时添加燃料以帮助其燃烧的方法。在热力燃烧中,被净化的废气不是作为燃料,而是作为提供氧气的辅燃气体;当废气中氧的含量较低时,需要加入空气来辅燃。热力燃烧所需的温度较直接燃烧低,大约为540--820℃。
