恶臭(异味)治理的方法有很多,生物除臭技术作为主要除臭技术之一,近十多年以来,因其低廉的运行成本、优良的除臭效果、环境友好等因素成为当前除臭技术的发展研究热点并被广泛应用于各行业除臭领域并取得了快速的发展。

为了适应“高标准”时代的发展,生物除臭技术还有很大的发展和优化空间,如:提高污染物的去除效率,针对不同特征污染物驯化优势菌种、开发高性能的生物填料等等。

生物除臭效率的影响因素

生物除臭效率受温度、填料含水率、pH值等因素的影响,特别是受填料性能的影响。此外,还跟生物滤床的气流流场和自然气候条件有关。

温度

生物除臭系统的运行温度一般在20~40℃为宜,35℃是生物过滤系统好氧微生物生长的最佳温度。随温度的升高,扩散速度和生化反应速度都会增加,温度越低,生物活性越低,除臭效果也就越差。

填料含水率

填料的含水率对于生物过滤池来说是主要的运行条件,水分不仅对于微生物的生长和代谢是必不可少的,而且有助于填料保持缓冲能力。

pH

经验表明,大部分能降解甲基硫化物的微生物,其适宜生存的pH为中性,因此,酸性条件制约了生物的代谢速率。甲基硫和硫化氢又是二甲基硫代谢的中间体,在酸性条件下,参与二甲基硫代谢的酶系统不稳定,也是处理效率不佳的主要原因。
