恶臭源治理

恶臭源治理是除臭技术的重要组成部分,包括恶臭源抑制和散发控制。恶臭源抑制可通过投放适当化学药剂等方法控制化合物所处状态,保持系统良好运行,减少恶臭污染物产生。散发控制主要是通过对恶臭源集气和排气系统的设计,利用较少的排气量达到较好的通风效果,控制后续脱臭装置规模。对恶臭源的有效收集是整个恶臭控制的重要环节,可通过密闭臭气源、在局部设吸风口等措施收集臭气。

溢出气体治理

对溢出气体的治理是除臭的主要方面。城市污水站除臭即是通过某些方法将恶臭分子掩蔽、吸收、破坏或降解的过程。近年来,国内污水站除臭技术快速发展,由传统的物理化学方法和生物法逐步向天然植物液除臭法、高能离子除臭法和活性氧氧化法等新的生物法转变。另外,多种方法联合也成为重要发展趋势。

生物法

生物法是利用自然界的微生物和细菌对恶臭硝化降解自然除臭,其原理是使收集的废气在适宜条件下通过长满微生物的固体载体,被填料吸收并被微生物氧化分解。除臭过程大致分为从气相到液相传质、恶臭污染物进入微生物、恶臭分子作为营养物质被分解利用3个阶段。生物法具有除臭效率高、设备简单、费用低等优点,在城市污水处理厂应用最广泛。
