伴随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市污水处理设施日益完善,而作为城市中心地区广泛分布的固定市政设施,污水处理设施在运行中会产生大量臭气。城区臭味对环境质量和人类生活都有不可忽视的影响。伴随着环保意识的提高和对生活环境质量要求的提高,对异味所造成的不满和控告日益增多,污水站除臭引起了国家和有关部门的重视。

要有效地解决污水臭气问题,必须综合考虑各种因素,H2SH2S作为水处理、畜牧业、石化炼制及堆肥工艺中较为常见的典型臭气,加工工艺已成为国内外研究的热点。对各种水质、臭气散发特点的污水处理厂采取不同的处理措施,一般采用恶臭源和溢出气体。

 

通过投加适当的化学药剂等手段,可以控制恶臭源的发生,保持系统良好运行,减少恶臭污染物的产生。发散控制主要是通过对恶臭源及排放系统进行设计,使废气排放更少,达到更好的通风效果,控制后续除臭装置。有效收集恶臭源是整个恶臭治理的重要环节,可以通过封闭臭源、局部设吸气孔等措施收集臭气。

 

城镇污水处理厂的除臭是指以一定的方式掩盖、吸收、破坏或降解恶臭分子的过程。近几年,国内除臭技术发展很快,从传统的物理化学方法和生物方法,逐渐过渡到天然植物液、高能量离子去除和活性氧氧化等生物法新工艺。多种方法的结合是当前的重要研究方向。

 

臭气污染已经严重影响着生态环境质量以及人类的身体健康,所以污水站除臭是一种趋势。很多城市污水处理设施都因地制宜地采用合适场景的除臭技术进行臭气污染治理。根据现有的脱臭工艺分析,脱臭系统能有效地控制臭味,臭气浓度可达到国家相关标准。
