污水恶臭污染已严重影响大气环境质量和人类健康,除臭成为大势所趋。许多城市污水处理设施在实际中已采用适当的除臭技术控制恶臭污染。通过对现行除臭技术的分析发现,除臭系统可有效治理恶臭,臭气排放浓度可达到国家有关标准。

污水站除臭的工艺类型

常用除臭技术较多,其中生物法应用最广,其次是活性氧氧化法、天然植物液除臭法、高能离子除臭法。少数污水处理厂采用催化型活性炭吸附也有良好的效果,它也可作为其他除臭技术的后续处理,保证处理效果。因此,实际选择除臭技术时要综合考虑各种因素,力求达到环境、经济和社会效益并重。

纳米材料净化法

光催化技术作为一种新兴环境净化技术,已得到较快发展。高端紫外光除臭设备的原理是当用特定波长紫外光照射半导体光催化剂时,产生具有强氧化性的价带空穴,将恶臭分子氧化分解。TiO2以其活性高、稳定性好、抗腐蚀等优势成为备受关注的光催化剂。利用纳米TiO2光催化技术净化室内空气、灭菌除臭、降解有机污水等,已取得了很好的效果。

联合法

臭气成分复杂,嗅觉阈值低,对感官无臭味的要求较高,多层次净化是理想的选择。当前常用的联合法方法主要有生物原生物吸附法、生物原液洗涤法和氧化原液吸附法。
