随着时代的进步,污水站除臭的技术越来越发达,相比较于那种传统的除臭方式,现在的除臭方案会更加的健全。接下来让羿清环保为大家讲解一些目前常用的污水站除臭的方法。

污水厂生物滤池除臭项目

首先大家应该有一些常识,污水站的臭味中主要含有的是硫化氢和氨气。所以我们实际上想要除臭的话,就是要将这两种物质给清除掉,首先大家可以在污水处理池的上方加盖封闭,然后可以对污水池进行升温处理,采用玻璃钢高压风机将污水上方的臭气抽出来。

生物滤池除臭设备

接下来所需要做的就是将刚刚抽出来的臭气通过生物滤池工艺处理恶臭废气,臭气通过生物滤池的填料,这样就能够将臭气中的硫化氢和氨气给清除掉。废气再进入活性炭吸附箱,对经过生物滤池除臭设备处理过的臭气进行再次处理,从而可以保证硫化氢、氨气的去除率可以达到95%以上。

生物滤池反应原理

这是目前在污水处理池经常采用的方法,当然现在也有一部分污水厂直接采用的是除臭剂,然后借助于一些专业的设备,达到一种非常高效率的除臭。其实现在行业里面的除臭方法是非常多的,污水站除臭的方法有催化剂氧化法,光催化氧化法,化学反应法以及生物除臭方法等,当然还会有大家常见的活性炭物理吸附法,具体应该采用哪种方法应该根据污水站的情况而定。但是常用的除臭方法无外乎以上几种,现在处理方式已经非常成熟了,而且除臭率非常高。
