物除臭法是20世纪60年代发展起来的新工艺,它利用微生物降解转化致臭物质,其中生物过滤除臭法是目前研究较多、工艺成熟、应用广泛的生物除方法。主要过程包括水溶渗透生物吸收及生物氧化3个步骤。

污水站除臭

水溶渗透过程是生物除臭的第一步。臭气中的化学物质与湿润滤料接触后在表层溶解,并从气相转化为水相。同时,滤料的多孔性可有效增大气相化学物质在水相中的传送扩散速率,可迅速将臭气的浓度降至极低的水平。

随后,水溶液中的恶臭成分被微生物吸附、吸收,恶臭成分从水中转移至微生物体内;然后,通过生物氧化来降解恶臭物质。滤料中的专性细菌(根据臭源的类型筛选而得到的处理菌种)将以污染物为食,把污染物转化为自身的营养物质,使碳、氢、氧、氮、硫等元素从化合物的形式转化为游离态,进入微生物的自身循环过程,从而达到降解的目的。与此同时,专性细菌等微生物又可实现自身的繁殖过程。

生物过滤法除臭效率高,可达90%以上,同时所需设备简单,不需要药剂和燃料,能耗低,不需再生和其他后续设施,管理维护方便,已成为治理恶臭的一个重要发展方向,具有较为广阔的发展前景。
