恶臭广泛产生于工农业生产、污水处理、污泥处理及垃圾处置过程。而处理过程中臭气味道较重,严重影响附近的生态环境和空气质量,也影响周围人员的生活及健康,此外,国家对于臭气排放的标准也日益严格,因此,对于污水厂的臭气控制势在必行。目前除臭工艺主要采用的是生物滤池除臭设备。

污水厂生物滤池除臭项目

污水除臭设备生物滤池组成有以下几个部分:

1.1加湿喷淋系统

生物法中配备加湿喷淋系统的目的是增加进气的湿度,满足罐内微生物的生长需要。该喷淋系统与化学法中的反应罐原理相同,都是利用逆向原理,水从罐顶喷出,淋在填料表面。除臭系统一般设置2台循环水泵,一用一备,能够24h运转。设置一个循环水箱,采用玻璃钢;循环水箱包含不锈钢过滤器。除臭系统设置两台补充水泵,用于生物过滤装置中水分的补充,间歇运行。

1.2主体结构

生物滤池除臭设备,气体经生物洗涤设备洗涤后汇集进入生物过滤装置,气体经由生物过滤装置净化后从排气管排放,是整个生物滤池除臭系统的最关键的处理单元,主要由两部分组成:生物洗涤段和生物过滤段。

(1)生物洗涤段

生物洗涤段布置在生物滤池除臭设备系统前端,处理气体在生物洗涤段内停留时间在10秒左右,生物洗涤段的设计参数见表

(2)生物过滤段

生物过滤段是生物滤池除臭系统的深度处理单元,生物过滤段布置在生物洗涤段后面。废气在生物过滤装置内的停留时间为20秒左右.

1.3生物填料与菌种

填料作为微生物的附着物,在整体处理系统中起着重要的作用从理论上讲,它的总表面积越大,即生物可附着的面积越大,微生物的数量就越多,生物反应器的去除效率就越高,同时,填料还要有相当的空隙度,空隙度越高,在同体积的反应器中,当处理量一定时,实际停留时间越长,反应器的容积利用系数越高,另外,高空隙对防止滤池堵塞、防止产生短流均有好处,又有利于微生物的新陈代谢,气体与喷洒水量既能通畅流动,又能充分接触,因此,填料的粒径与强度均要适宜,既不能过大也不能过小在系统启动前,为了微生物尽快生长,填料需要用含有专用微生物的溶液进行处理,并且生物填料的外形及布置,尽量减少或者避免在除臭装置内出现气体短路,菌种采用优质生物菌种,并且专一性高效降解印染废水所产生的废气#系统运行过程中无需添加营养液以维持菌种的生长

1.4出气系统

在生物法处理中,风机安置在整个系统后部,臭味气体在整个系统中处于带压状态,出口一般按环保要求设置为15m高度的排放口。
