新型臭气处理设备的除臭原理

脉冲电晕放电技术

脉冲电晕放电的基本原理和电子束法相似,只是用脉冲高压电源来代替电子加速器来产生等离子体,利用几万伏高压脉冲电源放电,可使电子被加速到520ev,这些高能电子在与气体的碰撞过程中产生大量的自由基(0OH)等活性粒子,由于这些活性粒子具有很强的氧化性,从而达到脱除的目的。典型的脉冲放电等离子体反应器结构有线一筒式和线一板式两种。

该方法的基本特点是采用脉冲高压电源,利用极窄的脉冲放电,一方面使火花放电对电压大幅度升高,电晕空间可以得到很高的电场;另一方面,由于施加电压的时间极短,离子的加速被抑制,而电子被加速具有很高的能量,与离子相比电子具有很高的温度,形成非平衡态等离子体。这样产生的自由基等活性粒子的数量及能量效率就可以得到大幅度的提高,从而能提高对废气的降解效率。

等离子体一催化

将等离子体与催化相结合最近几年成为热点。主要目的:一方面提高恶臭去除效率,另一方面降低能耗,减少有害副产物的产生。

光催化剂二氧化钦在放电等离子体中能发挥独特的作用。催化剂的引入提高TCE降解的能量效率,催化剂颗粒的大小和表面积影响能量效率。
