       众所周知,现如今用的比较多的臭气处理设备就是生物滤池除臭设备了,生物滤池这种设备除臭效果也是非常好的,可是什么东西都不是十全十美的,生物滤池也会因为一些因素而影响其处理效果,下面我们就看看生物滤池的处理效果究竟受哪些因素的影响吧!

       生物滤池的处理效果受以下几种因素的影响;

       一、反应速度

       反应速度的快慢取决于气体成分的浓度和性质,填料上的微生物种类、数量和活性,温度,废气和填料的湿度,pH值。

       二、停留时间

       恶臭气体停留时间由体积流量、自然堆放体积和空池体积决定。

           三、恶臭物质浓度

           工程范例

           某城市污水处理厂进水流量为10 x 104 m3/d,采用活性污泥法处理污水工艺。

          根据环境要求,决定收集进水泵房和格栅间、初沉污泥浓缩池和浓缩机、脱水机房以及二次浓缩池的废气,并用生物滤池法处理收集到的废气

       2、生物滤池设计计算
       待处理废气的总流量为8550 m3/ho
选用鼓风机的进口流量为1 Xi。’m3/h0鼓风机压力为收集管网的阻力加滤池阻力,滤池总阻力损失可选用10 kPa。过滤池表面负荷能力选用100 m3/(m2-h)。由此可得过滤池表面积为:

A=10 000/100=100 m2

       滤料的堆放高度定为1.0 m,滤料的需要量为:

V=A x H=100 m3
